Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the CleanOn platform and the booking of cleaning services provided by CleanOn PTY LTD (ACN 698 381 690 | ABN 54 698 381 690) (“CleanOn”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By submitting a booking request or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

CleanOn operates as a platform connecting customers with vetted, independent cleaning contractors. Services offered include:

  • End of lease cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Carpet and steam cleaning
  • Oven and BBQ cleaning
  • Regular home cleaning
  • Office cleaning

Service inclusions, pricing and availability are subject to change. Current details are available on our website and booking form at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are requests only and are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from CleanOn. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

You are responsible for providing accurate property details, access instructions and contact information. Inaccurate information may result in additional charges or service cancellation.

Confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. Please ensure this address is accurate and monitor it for communications.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on the platform are indicative and based on standard property configurations. Final pricing may vary based on:

  • Property size, number of rooms and condition at time of service
  • Add-on services selected during booking
  • Access requirements or special instructions

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due as specified during the booking process. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely via our payment provider. Receipts are issued electronically.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

The following cancellation policy applies to all bookings:

  • More than 48 hours notice: Full refund or free reschedule.
  • 24–48 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee applies.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Full service fee is charged.
  • No access / no show: Full service fee is charged.

To cancel or reschedule, contact us at hello@cleanon.com.au with your booking reference.

6. Quality Guarantee and Return Cleans

We stand behind the quality of our cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion with specific details and supporting photos.

For end of lease cleaning, if a property manager or landlord raises a cleaning-related issue within the eligible period following service, we will arrange a complimentary return visit to address the identified items, subject to the following conditions:

  • The property has not been occupied, altered or damaged since the original clean
  • The issue relates to the agreed service scope
  • Notification is received within 72 hours of the original service date
  • Written documentation from the property manager is provided

The guarantee does not cover issues arising from damage, pre-existing conditions, or items outside the agreed service scope.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Ensure safe and legal access to the property at the scheduled time
  • Disclose any hazards, pets, or special conditions relevant to the service
  • Ensure utilities (electricity, hot water) are available at the property
  • Remove or secure valuables before the service
  • Treat our contractors with courtesy and respect

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in service cancellation without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanOn's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages
  • Loss of income, profits, data or business opportunity
  • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions or unsuitable surfaces
  • Items not secured or disclosed prior to service

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

9. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the services re-supplied if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the CleanOn platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CleanOn PTY LTD or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without prior written permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of the CleanOn platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises in connection with these Terms or our services, the parties agree to attempt to resolve it through good faith negotiation before initiating formal proceedings. Please contact us at hello@cleanon.com.au.

If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to a recognised Australian dispute resolution body or pursue remedies through the courts of New South Wales.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
