  • Service management platform— we use ServiceM8 to manage job scheduling and contractor dispatch. Relevant booking details are shared with your assigned cleaner.
  • Payment processors— payment details are handled by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider.
  • Email and communication providers— used to send booking confirmations and service updates.
  • Analytics providers— anonymised usage data to improve our website (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Legal obligations— if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

All third parties are required to handle your information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. These include encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS), restricted system access, and secure third-party service providers.
